Julia brings over 20 years of technical, commercial and product leadership. Her career spans software development, sales and marketing, and product management across regulated and growth-stage industries.

Julia developed the first AI financial advice product at a leading UK Fintech. At AXA, one of Europe's largest insurers, she led digital product development for a new online-only brand. Earlier, she built and led a 50-strong sales and marketing team that drove rapid growth at a national energy company.

A certified MindStudio Level 3 developer, and AI Operator, Julia leads solution design and development at Serpin, ensuring AI agents are built around real customer needs, deliver measurable value, and are technically robust.

Scott is co-founder of Serpin, where he helps organisations take AI agents from strategy through to production and ROI. In addition to building Serpin's own platforms for trusted research and process intelligence, his current focus includes advancing practical standards for the field, including anti-fabrication techniques, and methodologies to enable change and product managers to excel in the agentic era.

Scott brings over twenty years of leading complex change in large organisations across government, energy, and financial services, engaging stakeholders from government ministers and corporate boards to technical teams. For the Saudi government, he led a $100M programme from one-page concept through to launch and operation, building a nationwide multi-site network of specialist institutions with over 150 staff to support the growth of a new industry sector, involving cross-government cooperation and regulatory innovation.

Previously CEO of a Financial Times-ranked consultancy, Scott delivered research, strategy, and transformation programmes across Europe, US, Middle East and Africa. As an IAPP Certified AI Governance Professional and AWS Certified AI Practitioner, he combines governance expertise with practical technical understanding.
