Julia Druck
Co-founder and Chief Product Officer
Julia brings over 20 years of technical, commercial and product leadership. Her career spans software development, sales and marketing, and product management across regulated and growth-stage industries.
At AXA, one of Europe's largest insurers, she led digital product development for a new online-only brand. Earlier, she built and led a 50-strong sales and marketing team that drove major customer acquisition for a national energy company.
A certified MindStudio Level 3 developer, and AI Operator, Julia leads solution design and development at Serpin, ensuring AI agents are built around real customer needs, deliver measurable value, and are technically robust.
Scott Druck
Co-founder
Scott spent 30 years leading complex organisation and technology programmes before co-founding Serpin.
In Saudi Arabia, he built a new nationwide commerical division for the Ministry of Culture through a $100M flagship programme, which he took from one-page concept to successful operation. As CEO of a Financial Times-ranked management consultancy, he led teams delivering major initiatives for clients including Eversheds, RBS, NatWest, the UK Cabinet Office, and UAE Prime Minister's Office.
Senior corporate and national leaders engage Scott to translate strategy into operational reality, drawing on his breadth of experience across commercial, governance, and technology matters.
A certified IAPP AI Governance Professional, AWS Solutions Architect and AI Practitioner, with an MSc in IT Management, Scott applies his broad experience to AI initiatives that must deliver value to boards, shareholders, staff, regulators, and technical teams alike.
