> Serpin is a UK-based AI consultancy helping professional services firms adopt AI responsibly and effectively. Our positioning: "AI adoption you can actually defend." We work with legal, accounting, and financial services businesses — primarily SMEs — on AI strategy, governance, training, and technical build. Serpin addresses three core challenges for regulated firms: Governance (clear policies on what's allowed, how data is handled, what to do when things go wrong), Competence (EU AI Act Article 4 requires demonstrable AI literacy), and Accountability (documented evidence of reasonable steps taken under SM&CR).
